PRODUCT AND LABEL ORIENTATION

Polypack's product orientation system rotates products to a specific point. The system uses an electronic eye and a motorized wheel.
Polypack's product orientation can rotate the product accordingly to their label so the labels are all facing in the same direction in the multi-pack to give to products their maximum shelf appeal.
To facilitate the scanning of products, Polypack's system can rotate the product to position the  UPC codes in a more accessible way.

The product orientation system can be used as a label orientation to rotates individual product to position the labels of the product facing in the same direction. Multipacks and shrink bundles are more appealing as all the labels are visible.
In addition, the product orientation system can be used to rotate cans with handles such as cans of paints. The handle orientation is ideal for multipacking cans so the handle are positioned out of the inside bundle.
 
Polypack's product orientation system can be installed on the infeed of a new shrink-wrapper, or on an existing one, further enhancing the effectiveness of our modular design.
