Unit was last producing a Brick Package layout with the following configuration: 7@20+7@21 totaling 287 1.875 dia bottles, in a 24” x 40” seal area. There is a conveyor that feeds the bottles into the shrink wrap table where the brick is assembled then the entire brick is shrink wrapped in the oven. Keyence sensors and uses ABB. motors for pushing the bottles through the oven The brick exits via a roller gravity conveyor.
