The Tray Loader / Former ''TR Series'' is extremely versatile, easy to operate, and highly reliable. The TR-15 is an intermittent motion shrink packaging equipment collating products into trays at about 15/min. The TR-35 and the TR-50 are continuous packaging equipment running at a speed of 35 per minutes and 50 trays per minutes respectively. Products are stabilized and controlled throughout the process. Adjustments for different tray sizes are made quickly and easily. The durable stainless steel construction provides years of service. The TR can be integrated with a Polypack shrink wrapper to provide a secure, protected package ready for distribution. |

SINGLE MOTOR. It controls synchronic movement of flying bars, lugs, finger flap closures, and side compression belts for outstanding control of the product..

TRAY MAGAZINE. Tray blanks are dispensed from the bottom by a motor driven lug system; the 600mm deep magazine well can be hand-fed or an automated system can be provided; photocell senses low tray level; hand screws adjust the magazine size to accommodate different tray blanks; the normal corrugated configuration is with fluting running parallel to the long edge which is the leading edge.

FLIGHT BARS AND GUIDES. They control the products until they are loaded onto the tray. A top hold-down device is used to provide greater stability with lighter products.

TRAY LENGTH. In the machine direction it is adjusted by the motorized movement of separate lug chains.

Polypack machines are made of Durable welded frame construction and Safety protected with central spine, hinged Lexan covers for easy access and visibility. System is primarily mechanical with minimal use of air (only one air cylinder). Caster mounted with built-in leveling legs.
