SEQUENCE OF OPERATION

INFEED FLYBAR CONVEYOR

Products are manually loaded onto the conveyor, where flybars gently push them along to the film section deadplate.

FLYBAR ASSEMBLY

The flybars continue to guide the products over the film section deadplate, configuring them into bundles

FILM FEED SECTION

The machine pulls the appropriate amount of film, either by detecting print registration marks or based on predefined settings. Perforations are added to the film to facilitate separation during the wrapping process.

TRANSFER CONVEYOR AND WRAP ARM

Bundled products are transferred onto the conveyor, where the wrap arm applies the film around them.

TUNNEL CONVEYOR AND SHRINK TUNNEL

The wrapped bundles are conveyed through a shrink tunnel, where precise heat and airflow cause the film to shrink, securely enclosing the products.
